Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the millon88 platform, creating an account, or engaging in any gaming activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with millon88's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the millon88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the millon88 platform, including visitors who have not registered an account. Your use of the platform is also governed by applicable Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9487 (The National Lottery Law as amended), Executive Order No. 78 (s. 2012), and all relevant PAGCOR circulars and regulatory issuances.

Eligibility Requirements

To register for and maintain an account on millon88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. millon88 does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and, where required by applicable law, at the time of placing wagers.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from gambling activities by PAGCOR, by court order, by self-exclusion agreement, or by any other applicable regulatory mechanism.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of the Operator, or an immediate family member of any such person, in respect of any account used for real-money wagering.
• You must not have had a millon88 account previously terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on millon88, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active millon88 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity documents or contact details, is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account may be suspended and any balances therein forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your millon88 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All transactions and activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility unless you have notified millon88 of suspected unauthorized access in a timely manner.

millon88 reserves the right to require additional verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by millon88 may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

millon88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). millon88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by millon88 to peso-denominated transactions.

The minimum deposit amount on millon88 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and credit to your account balance immediately. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the timeframes specified in the Deposits section of your account dashboard, typically within one (1) banking day.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you own. Third-party withdrawal accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are generally processed within twenty-four (24) hours. GCash withdrawals may be processed within a shorter timeframe. Processing times for bank transfers depend on the receiving financial institution.
• millon88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of your balance attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn.

millon88 will not process any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Such transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

Bonuses and Promotions

millon88 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published in conjunction with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall govern.

General rules applicable to all millon88 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• millon88 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• millon88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, whether through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method.

millon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional program at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfillment of any bonus already awarded and accepted.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the millon88 platform operate under their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

All casino games on millon88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing agencies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the verified, certified RTP for that title. millon88 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed in that round to the Player's account. millon88 is not responsible for any losses allegedly caused by technical failures that cannot be independently verified through server-side game logs.

All decisions made by the Operator regarding disputed game outcomes, based on the server-side game log, shall be final and binding. Players may submit a dispute through the millon88 support channel within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the millon88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any millon88 game or service;
• Colluding with other players, whether on the same platform or externally, to influence game outcomes;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to conduct transactions designed to obscure the origin of funds;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the millon88 platform or any game hosted thereon;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the millon88 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law;
• Engaging in any fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing millon88 support staff or other platform users;
• Circumventing self-exclusion orders or account restrictions through the creation of alternative accounts;
• Any other conduct that millon88 determines, acting reasonably, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its players, or its regulatory standing.

Where millon88 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.

Responsible Gaming

millon88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among its player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your millon88 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license in any millon88 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any millon88 content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, millon88 and its Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from service interruption.

millon88's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any claim connected with these Terms or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that player into their millon88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

millon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where a millon88 account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including real money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms (e.g., platform closure, voluntary closure by the player, or inactivity), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy and Data Protection

millon88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the millon88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the millon88 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

millon88 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the first instance, players with a dispute are encouraged to contact millon88 customer support to seek informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated to PAGCOR's formal player complaint and dispute resolution process, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. millon88 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

Amendments to These Terms

millon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, millon88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent platform notification prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

Continued use of the millon88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support channel.
